2025 Race Classes

Erik Shable (Colorado Springs) will compete in two race classes for the 2025 season with the MRA (Motorcycle Roadracing Association) in Colorado onboard the 2016 Yamaha R6 YAMASLUT

Middleweight Supersport Sponsored by IES Technologies  

This is an Expert Racer class only and features a wide variety of production sportbikes with fairly limited modifications. Erik competed in this same class for 2024 and claimed the 10th position overall in championship points.

Middleweight Superbike Sponsored By MOTO2N Mobile Repair

This is also an Expert Racer class however will be paired with the Novice GTU Class in the afternoons. These middleweight sportbikes allow Superbike rules which allow heavy modifications. Both classes (Middleweight Superbike & Novice GTU) are popluar races and will look to have a full grid through the entire season.

These two race classes will be the primary focus for #399 and the YAMASLUT racing campaign. With a season opening shakedown at Pueblo Motorsports Park on May 4, the first races of the season grid up Saturday May 9th at High Plains Raceway.
